Definitions

Termination
In case of User's abusive usage on the Portal and/or who is unable to abide the Terms and Conditions, or sole discretion of The Company, The Company owns the rights to terminate the agreement with the User without prior notice and deny the access of the User.

Terms & Conditions is governed and interpreted in according with the laws of Malaysia. Resolution of any disputes and/or any legal requirement is to be under the state and federal jurisdiction of Malaysia.
